Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. USPS Priority shipments will usually arrive between 2-3 business days after processing. If you haven't received your order within 7 business days, email us at orders@zenandbloom.com. Remember to include your order number.

 

 

Returns

Due to health and sanitary reason, we're unable to accept returns of any of our bath and body products. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our main goal is to make whatever is wrong, right.

 

Hot Weather Disclaimer

Please be aware that during the summer months there is a possibility that your whipped body butter may melt.  To minimize this effect, all packages are insulated with foam peanuts and include an ice pack. This will not prevent melting, but could minimize the chances of it occurring. To prevent this, we suggest having someone available to receive your package as soon as it arrives.  If the product has melted, simply place in the fridge or leave at room temp until it becomes solid.  While we take every precaution to prevent melting, we are unable to furnish returns on melted or opened products.
